Q: How will my merchandise be
shipped?
All orders will be shipped either USPS Priority or via UPS services. Bellero
charges a $5 flat rate shipping on all orders mailed within the continental
US. Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Q: What is your return policy?
Bellero will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a
full refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. In all cases, refunds
will be made in the form of the original payment. Proof of purchase, such
as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required
for reimbursement for the full purchase price. Customer is responsible for
all shipping charges.
Q: How do I send an item as a gift?
If you would like to send an item as a gift, please note such in the "Message
or Comments" section of the order form. Here you can also add a message
to the recipient and we will include a gift card. The receipt will not be
sent with the shipment, however, we will forward the receipt to you, either
by email or US mail.
